Well, we had a great Valentine's Day. I have the two cute Valentines- Brett and Weston. I LOVE MY BOYS!!!
We had a chocolate fountain with strawbetties, bananas, grapes, and toppings. MmmmmMmmm! Except Weston could only look at it longingly. One day Weston, one day.
Hope you all had a good one!

Weston's 5 months old

Weston and his cousin a few weeks ago.
New pics to come since my computer/camera aren't being very compatible right now.

We love our little Weston and he's just so much fun! He makes us laugh all the time! He's got a big personality. He's such a handsome little boy, too! Like I said in the last post, he adds, triples, and multiplies our happiness! I hope his birth family knows how much we appreciate and love him and how greatful we will always be to them. He feels like a bag of rocks when you pick him up- he's about 18 lbs and is strong and solid. He sleeps well and eats well and is a happy baby. (Except when teething) He likes to put everything in his mouth and chew on it, drool and growl. Ha,ha. He's so cute!

WE LOVE YOU, WESTON!

5 Year Wedding Anniversary!

My computer isn't recognizing my camera so new pictures from our anniversary are to come.

Jan 31st was our 5 year Anniversary! It's been a great adventure and I'm so so so greatful for Brett for being such a wonderful husband and now Father! Life is truly so great for us! Especially since little Weston has added, tripled, and multiplied our happiness!
We had a great weekend. Friday night, we stayed at the Springhill Suites at Thanksgiving Point. We had Weston with us and we went swimming in the indoor pool, went on a walk around Thanksgiving Point at the Dinosaur museum and saw some of the animals. Then we went to Cabellas and looked at the fish. (Weston loves to stare at the big fish!) Then, on Saturday night mom watched Weston so Brett and I could go out to eat and we saw a laser show at the Clark Planetarium, which was both fun and wierd. Not like the laser shows I remember at the old Hansen Planetarium. It was kind of nice to go somewhere without lugging our adorable, but very heavy little boy around!

We also watched this movie called "Fireproof" on DVD which was really great and inspirational movie. Very appropriate for our anniversary because it's about this couple's marriage. It wasn't what I was expecting at all, it ended up being a Christian made movie, but is really cool and I'd recommend it to any married/wanting to be married one day-ers.

Sunday, I hung out at Sarah and Laura's house for the Superbowl, although I didn't really end up watching the superbowl. As a person who hasn't been interested in video games since the first Nintendo with the Mario game, I've BECOME a fan of Guitar Hero Rock Band. It's pretty cool to just be a mom and feel like you're rockin' out. Ha,ha. Oh, ya and Wii fit (which I tried at my brother's cabin on this birthday. Unfortunately, it said my fitness age is 45! I've gotta work on my center of gravity/posture and balance apparently!)
